We process our own grapes mainly to high quality wines. From Grüner Veltliner grapes we cultivate Weinviertel DAC and DAC Reserve. Furthermore, from 2019 on, we will process Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Gelber Muskateller from our young plants. Our Zweigelt plant is reductively processed to produce dark red Zweigelt with body, extract and distinctive aroma in barrique. In addition, Zweigelt, Merlot and Blauburger grapes are pressed together to form our Flag Ship Red Baron, fermented in American oak and stored for several months in American oak barrels.
